Bad gut bacteria overgrowth

The bacteria in your gut are more numerous than cells in your whole body. Most of gut bacteria are the so-called bad bacteria, which feed purely on sugar. They thrive on sugar. This bacteria also tend to release toxins which can, travelling through your bloodstream, even reach your brain. So you’ll suffer mood swings which only sugar seems to resolve.

Sugar is an addictive drug

Sugar targets the same areas in your brain as reward-based activities like sex or taking drugs. It affects dopamine levels, opioid receptor binding, and numerous other neurotransmitter processes, which makes sugar the most addictive legal substance.

Nutrient deficiencies

Your body is a well oiled machine, which is tuned to give you hints when things are wrong. For example, you might get bloated after eating something which may be a sign that your gut doesn’t tolerate this food well. In a similar vein, chocolate cravings have been linked to a deficiency of magnesium in your body or the lack of some other nutrient.

I have to admit that I am always a bit skeptical with things like this but regardless I always seem to try them. After getting the first email I thought that maybe this was going to be a series of emails with very logical information mixed in with some points that most maybe wouldn’t know about. With each email that came in I felt more at ease that I could actually take away something from this. By the 5th and final email I was left feeling like it was a good series that gave a lot of useful information that will indeed help me moving forward with my goal to cut sugar out of my diet. One complaint is that I felt like this should be longer than only 5 emails, it went by to quick and there has to be more information that we could benefit from getting. Overall this email series wasn’t too bad at all.

I really wanted to start myself and my family to start on this journey and I feel like the most important thing is getting the proper information to prepare yourself for what will be a tough road ahead. After signing up I eagerly awaited the first email and I got a lot out of it. By the end of the 5th email I have learned a lot of new things about what sugar does to our bodies and why it is so important to cut it out of your lifestyle. The most important thing out of all of this was that it made me want to seek out more information about this topic and this course has put me on the right path. Thanks guys

I see the course for what it is and what it was intended to be and that is to set you up for a lifestyle change. 5 days is not enough to completely turn the life upside down, but this course gave me knowledge to apply and make it happen in the long run.
